Tall Tales Music Festival has announced a festival kick-off party will be held on Wednesday, August 6 at The Coffee House at Chestnut & Pine. The free event begins at 6:30 p.m., and will feature a performance by Knoxville, TN indie-folk band Cereus Bright. Genevieve Heyward, a talented local singer-songwriter, will open the evening with a solo set at 7:00 p.m.
